Owner & Instructor
McKenzie Gomez
McKenzie is a dedicated and accomplished baton twirler with over 20 years of competitive experience. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, she proudly represented the Razorbacks as a Feature Twirler. McKenzie has competed on the international stage as a member of Team USA at the International Baton Twirling Federation's Nations Cup, showcasing her exceptional skill and dedication to the sport. Beyond competition, she has a deep passion for teaching and coaching, inspiring the next generation of twirlers and dancers with her expertise and love for the art.

Madison Cruger
Madison Cruger has been dancing for 17 years and has trained in many different dance styles, such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, and modern. While in high school she was on the drill team and trained at her local dance studio. During Madison’s undergrad at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi, TAMU-CC, she earned a minor in dance. Here, she was able to choreograph for many showcases and festivals. Some of these events were the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s Dance Demo and the Día de los Muertos Festival. Madison also served in various leadership positions for a dance organization called The Stage where she choreographed and taught dance to fellow college students. While attending TAMU-CC she was a member of the TAMU-CC Dance Company for two years. Madison currently teaches dance to children as young as 18 months through adults ages and serves as a board director for the Bailando International Dance Festival. She hopes to continue building upon these experiences, and to one day teach at the collegiate level as a professor of dance. Madison’s passion is to share her love for dance with others, and she cannot wait to continue sharing her love for dance with her students at Lone Star Performance Academy!

Katelyn Wolf
Katelyn Wolf has been dancing since the age of four and brings a lifelong passion for movement and expression to every class she teaches. With extensive training across a wide range of styles—including ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, and ballroom—Katelyn blends technical precision with creative artistry.
Over the years, Katelyn has performed in numerous showcases, gaining a reputation for her versatility and stage presence. Her background in both classical and contemporary techniques allows her to connect with dancers of all levels and interests. Whether it’s the grace of ballet or the rhythm of ballroom, Katelyn’s teaching style is encouraging, energetic, and deeply rooted in a love for dance.
When Katelyn is not dancing she enjoys reading, painting, or being with her three dogs!
She is committed to inspiring the next generation of dancers, helping them grow in confidence, skill, and artistry. Katelyn believes in creating a positive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive—and have fun doing it!

Sierra Jacobs
Sierra Jacobs is a dedicated dancer and current member of the Liberty Hill Belles dance team at Liberty Hill High School. With over six years of training, she has studied a wide range of styles including jazz, contemporary, drill, and hip hop.
Sierra has performed with several respected teams, including the Liberty Hill High School Stars, the Liberty Hill Middle School All Stars—where she served as Lieutenant—and the Realm Hip Hop Company.
Passionate about dance and committed to growth, Sierra loves helping young dancers reach their full potential and refine their technique. She brings energy, experience, and enthusiasm to every class she teaches.

Kylen Welch-Porter
Kylen was born and raised in Austin, Texas where her love for dance began at the age of two. For the past 20 years, Kylen has trained in a wide array of different styles and disciplines. Originally starting in the studio space, Kylen trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical and contemporary before eventually pursuing dance at the competitive level. After years of competing with her studio, Kylen joined her high school drill team where she was trained extensively in drill, kick, and pom throughout her four years. Kylen was a member of the inaugural First Line of the Glenn Guardians where she had the opportunity to lead as Sophomore Sergeant, First Lieutenant and finally Captain her senior year. After graduating high school, Kylen attended the University of Texas for one year before deciding to transfer to Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. While in Boston, Kylen joined her university’s dance company where she had the opportunity to serve as Co-Captain in her final two years. While being a member of the company, Kylen had the opportunity to choreograph many pieces for her team and to perform at several Celtics games.

Jadyn Hogan
Originally from San Diego, California, Jadyn Hogan began her dance training at local studios, studying a wide variety of styles. Over time, she developed a particular passion for tap, hip hop, jazz, and acro. During middle school, Jadyn discovered musical theater, a perfect fit that allowed her to combine her love for dance, acting, and singing. In addition to her extensive performance background, Jadyn has worked in customer-focused roles and participated in leadership activities, including serving as the Improv Team Captain and Vice President of the Chamber Chorale at Santa Fe Christian Schools. Jadyn’s experience has helped her build strong skills in communication, creativity, and teamwork. She is thrilled to share her enthusiasm and passion for the performing arts with young dancers, helping them discover their own love for dance just as she did.
